Revolt at Madrid.

Madrid, September 21. A serious disturbance occurred in this city to •day, arising out of a movement in favour of the establishment of a Republic for Spain. A small portion of the Madrid military garrison revolted in support of the Republic and marched through the principal streets. The authorities promptly sailed out a force of Loyalists who attacked the rebels, and fired, killing 2 officers. The remainder, finding they were not supported by the populace or otte troops proceeded in baste to the railway station, where they seized a train and fled from the sity- Madrid has been declared to be in a state of saiga.
