STARTLING DECISION IN THE WAREPA CASE. Dunedin, 17th August. The Dunedin Jockey Club to-nigbt| disqualified for ever the horse Wsrepa and the owner, Mr F. G. Parkes, and also Mr. J. K. M'Kenzie, who nominated the horse for the recent Midwinter Meeting. The evidence satisfied the Committee that the horse Wsrepa really won the Grand National Selling Race in Victoria, was purchased by Mr W F Gordon for £165. and then shipped to New Zealand.
