The above meetiug met on Wednesday night. Present—Messrs Baillie, Bright and Young. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed. A letter was read from Mr Wood apologising (or his absence. A letter was read from the (!m t viian asking the trust to specify a time for 1 all to be u:ed by volunteers. The Secretary was inatructed to inform the Custodian that the time allowed by the Trustees for the use of Hall by volunteers for drill purposes wou d in future be two Loui a. and if wanted by them for a dance er other purpose must bo paid for extra on the usual terms.
The credit balance was reported as £24 9s.
