Redistribution of Representation.
Thb Premier has stated that a Bill will be prepared on the subject of a redistribution of representation, mainly on the basis of popu latioo. It is sot thought that the Bill will be passed during the present session. The subject is referred to m the “ Notes on Parliament,’ 1 sent by our special correspondent. Probably the matter will be talked of during the present session, and the Bill discussed and pasted in the next one.
