Pbocesdinos in Parliament ‘are rather dull and devoid of general interest at present. Members have been daily expecting th; Public Works Statement to be made, but some unaccountable delay has arisen in connection with this matter. The Redistribution of Representation question is still talked about. A consultation took place on Wednesday among some members favorable to action being taken this session with regard to tin Redistribution of Representation. A con viction was expressed that a substantial majority could be counted on in snppoit el suon a coarse.
