Accident at Featherston Railway Station.

A man named George Osborne, who was working ir the ballast quarry on the railway, near the Featberston station, met with- a serious gaeideut last evening by a fait of earth. Osborne was getting out shingle from the quarry when a quantity of the earth lei! upoc his left leg, fracturing it near the, ancle. The injured man was conveyed to hla home in Mr Oakly’s cart, and Dr Bey, of Grey, town, was sent for.
