Gladstone’s Irish Reform Scheme.

London, April 1(3. The public meeting on the Irish question was held in Her Majesty's Theatre last night. Tbe building was crammed in all parts, and the greatest enthusiasm prevailed. The assemblage was not composed of auy one party, all shades of political opinion bciug represented. The Earl of Cowper presided. The Earl of Derby and the Duke of Argyle wrote expressing their concurrence wit lithe motion before the meeting. The Marquis of Hartington-denied tho competence of the present Parliament to enact a measure which would have ion effect of bringing about an the evils of Separation without any of its bum fits. The Marquis of Salisbury and Mr Hoschen delivered eloquent orations, and mot with a spjendid reception.
