Tbormlon Stakes—Pearl 1, Hermitage 2, Miss Dargun 3. Selling Race; New York 1, Normnnby 2, Billy 3. Nursery Handicap—Psycho 1, The Spy 2. Selling Hack Race—Blunder 1, Scrape 2. Steward's Stakes—Billy 1, Uagar 2 Saturday—District Welter—Potaka 1, Reputation 2. Hurdle Race—Dan O’Connell 1, Erebus 2, Ngatitoa 3. Some big dividends were paid. While riding Maiuboom iu the Hurdle Race at Rangiora, on Friday, Sbeenan, the jockey, was badly hurt. The mare fell and rolled on him. At the same races the exceptionally large dividend of £174 12s was declared on a horse called Lavender, which won the Ashley County Plate.
