The minutes of the last annual meeting were read and confirmed, alas toe statement of receipts ami ixpei dilare. The following were t-l> cted officers for the ensuing yt-ui ; -JMr W. C. Buchanan, M.H R., President ; .Mr W. Booth, Cuairoian of Committee ; Committee Messrs b Boys, £. Samuel, L. Wilson, W. Downard, W. Parker and W. Piolpot. Moved by Mr Philpot, second'd by Mr Downard, that Mr L. Wilson be re-e.eoted secretary and treason r ; and also, that Mr W. Parker be te-siecled librarian at the same salary, viz. £lO. Carried. Messrs Samuel, Parker and Wilson were appointed a sub committee to draw up a list of new books suitable to the extent of £SO. Mr H. A. F.weu was re-appointed auditor. The Secretary was authorised to insure the books for an additional £IOO, making it up to £3OO. The following is tho statement of Beeeipte and Disbursements BECItIPTS.
