Why not aammon the whole ot tha ratepayara, and gat Mr Wardall to spend a day over it? We should then knot that there waa (air play. Working mm cannot aerape ap the ratea just whan they are wanted by the collector, owing to other engagemanta, bat I eon bsiiev* they ora hoaaet, and 1 think tha Ooaaoil ahoold allow for this.
