A stranger named Frederick W. Innes, described as an optician, was arrested by the local police on Monday afternoon, and charged next morning, before Mr W. Swain, J.P., with a breach of a maintenance order. On the application of Constable Forsyth Innes was remanded to Auckland, where he appeared before the Court yesterday, and his case was adjourned.
