Mr Russell, in the course of his address on practical prosperity proposals, at the Town Hall on Wednesday eveningj referred to the British Empire as far flung, and he illustrated his assertion by saying it extended from the Orknevs to the Campbell Islands, from Aden to the Falklaniis, from Honk Kong to Honduras, from St. Helena to Samoa, and from Baffin Land to Tasmania.
