Wallace also attended. The clerk of the Court, Constable Forsyth, was also present. ."Application for transfer of license in respect to the Alpha Hotel at Kihikihi from J. Dunleavey to Mrs Kerr was mjade.—The police report was ' satisfactory.—Application granted. Application for transfer of license '»' of the Commercial Hotel at Te Awamutu from R. G. Hodges to A. Wood was granted.—The police report was quite satisfactory. Transfer of license was granted in respect to Te Awamutu Hotel from j. Minehan to J. D. Shea.—The report indicated that Mr Shea had previously been in hotels, and the report from Kohukohu, the last hotel in his M name, was quite satisfactory. The police report on the hotels gen- - erally in the licensing district was that all were being satisfactorily conducted;
