NEGLIGENT DRIVING
LORRY DRIVER TO PAY DAMAGES. (Bv Telegraph. Press Association.) HAMILTON, Wednesday. Damages amounting to £76 4s, with costs £ll 7s Gd, were awarded Murray Roy Keenan in an action against Lionel George Wilkinson, farmer, o± Ngahinapouri, in the Magistrates Court to-day. The plaintiff's motor cycle was damaged and he was injured in a collision with a lorry driven by defendant. The accident, said Mr Wyvern Wilson, S.M., was due to defendant s negligent driving on the wrong side of the road.
