THE ADVISORY COUNCIL. (Bv Telegraph. Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Friday. _ It was announced to-day that His Excellency the Governor-General had re-appointed the following as members of the advisory council of the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research: Mr G. Shirtliffe (chairman), Professor H. G. Denham, Mr Quentin Donald, Professor John Malcolm, Mr Theodore Rigg, Mr Charles Rhodes and Mr Hugh Viekennan.
