EAST AND WEST REP. TEAMS.

For the.. purpose.,., of. ..selecting the best fifteen obtainable in the Waikato Union's territory it was decided by that body to play an East v. West match. The East section comprises Morrinsville, Cambridge, Matamata and Putaruru Sub-Unions, with Mr McDevitt (Morrinsville) a's selector, and the West comprises Hamilton, Waipa, Raglan and Waingaro Sub-UnionS, with Mr Fraser (Hamilton) as selector. It has been decided to play this match at Hamilton on Saturday and from players participating in this game the sole Waikato selector (Mr Cooper) will make his final selection of the team to represent the Union in future rep. fixtures.
