■MAY ATTEND LEAGUE OF NATIONS ASSEMBLY. (By Telegraph. Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Friday. Sir F. Dillon Bell, who, as previously indicated, will leave New Zealand about March next, will in all probability attend the meeting of the Permanent Mandates Commission of the League of Nations, as well as the Assembly of the League. He attended the meeting oif >the Mandates Commission three years ago. At next year's meeting Sir James Allen, High Commissioner for New Zealand, will also be present as representing the Dominion.
