TAXI DRIVER INJURED
CAR OVERTURNS. (By Telegraph. Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. Mr A. F. Griffin, a taxi driver, injured his back and received cuts on the face and hands through a burst tyre causing his car to capsize near 'Pokeno. Mr Griffin was pinned under one side of the vehicle. Five passengers were imprisoned inside the car, and escaped unhurt. They continued their journey to the Hamilton races in another vehicle.
