In the Police Court to-day Albert George Dolby was charged, that having been married in London in 1910, lie went through a form of maiiiage in 1921 in Palmerston North. Accused was committed for trial at the Supreme Court. On a second charge of causing to lie made, for the purpose of being inserted in thh marriage register. a false statement that: he was a bachelor, accused was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
