SWIMMING BATHS.

MEETING OF COMMITTEE. The Swimming Baths Committee met in the Borough Council chambers on Tuesday evening. Mr C. F. Battson presiding over a good attendance of members, a large proportion of whom were ladies. A discussion took place as to the best means of raising the necessary finance, the meeting finally adjourning till Monday evening. It is lioped a full muster of members will be present at this meeting, as several schemes worthy of consideration are before the committee and a free expression of opinion is desired before coming to a decision.
