ALLEGED IRREGULARITIES AT 0 AMARU. (Bv Telegraph. Press Association.) DUNEDIX. This Day. The Hon. E. P. Lee, Minister for Justice, is lodging a petition against the return of Mr J. A. McPherson at the recent election as member for Oamaru. Mr McPherson was given a final majority of 14 votes over Mr Lee, and the latter alleges that the number of votes in favour of Mr McPherson should be disallowed as informal.
