T.E AWAJIUTU AT UOTOKUA.

A GOOD START

A rink, consisting of Messrs S. Clark, J. T. North, R. Henderson, and W. J. North (s) journeyed to the Rotorua tournament, and held its end up well for a while. It beat Rotorua, and in the second round had a bye. It then beat successively Edendale, Nomads, 'Epsom, and Hastings, but then lost to Ponsionby (by 1) and Tauranga. In its last game the Te Te Awamutu rink defeated Seaitoun. Tauranga were the winners of the tournament. TEAM FOR CHALLENGE CUP. The following players will represent Te Awamutu in the Challenge Cup contest with Taumarunui to-morrow: R. L. Henderson, A. White, T. Mclnnes, W. H. Wood, C. Bowden, O. G. Downes, P. W. Peate. A. C. Cruickshank, P. Bowden, S. H. Dunkley. J. A. Hawkins, S. Clark, R. Ross. W. J. North, J. T. North, and S. W. McMillan.
