HAMILTON SALE. The Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Co., Ltd., reports: At Hamilton on Tuesday, January 17th, we had a good yarding of sheep and pigs, but cattle with the exception of beef were not sstrongly represented. Beef advanced in value somewhat. Best steers making from £6 2s to £7 10s, light weights £4 15s to £5. Fat cows, £2 10s to £3 17s 6d. Yearling steers. 28s. Mutton also advanced in value, fat ewes making from lis 9d to 12s Id; fat lambs from 15s lid to 16s 7d; store lambs 6s 6d to 7s 6d; others os to 6si 3d. Pigs showed considerable improvement, bacouers making to £2 7s, porkers 28s to 38s. slips 15a to 22s 6d, weaners Is 9d to 6s 6d
