VERDICT FOR PLAINTIFF.
£SO DAMAGES AWARDED. The jury was absent for 31 hours, and on returning to court the foreman announced that they were not unanimous, but a three-fourths majority was in favour of a verdict for the plaintiff. The rep'ly to issue 1 was no; to issue 2, yes; and to 3, £SO. His Honour entered judgment for this amount, with costs according to scale.
