Paul has been declared the nominee for the posi'tjfon of workers' representative on the Arbitration Court. Announcing the decision Mr Paul said: "My only anxiety m this connection is that unions when the time comes for official nomination, will be careful to choose men who are in sympathy with the principle of arbitration, so that the whole community may reap the advantage of the system."
