WHICH MAIN ROAD?

NEW SCHEME.

TE AWAMUTU WATCHFUL,

Cr Spinley last evening drew the attention of the Te Awamutu Boroug Council to the Government’s proposal to take over the main roads. He thought the Council should consider which road to Kihikihi. etc., was to be made the main road. Early consideration might prevent a mistake being made.

The Mayor said the warning of Cr Spinley. was timely, and the councillors would no doubt watch progress carefully.
