PATRIOTIC FUND.
TE AWAMUTU CONTRIBUTIONS. Cash Donations, £786 4s Id. In addition to the lists already published, the following amounts have been received by the honorary treasurers (Messrs D. Bockett and C. BoWden) for the Te Awamutu contribution to the Patriotic Fund. In addition to the valuable material offered, the total amount of cash, promised and paid, is £78645 id.
The treasurer will be pleased to receive donations promised in order that same may be forwarded on to headquarters without delay.
Master Leonard and Miss Mona Kay, the twin children of Mr W. G. Kay, of Parawera, have given their pet lamb for sale by auction at the Te Awamutu saleyards on Saturday, 29th August, the proceeds to go towards the Patriotic Fund.
