WAIKATO LIBERAL & PROGRESSIVE ASSOCIATION.
[CONTRIBUTED.] A ,meeting for the purpose of forming a branch of. the above association in Kihikihi waj/neld at the hall in that township the other evening. There whs a very fair attendance, including six delegates from |Me Hamilton branch of the association. Mr C.O’Brieiywas voted to the chair. Sf were delivered by : visiting delegates being much interestemarks. It. was rel branch of the assoformed at Kihikihi owing executive was
appointed President, Mr Parker ; vice - presidents, Messrs O’Sullivan and McCathie ; secretary and treasurer, Mr P. O’Sullivan.
The meeting concluded with a unanimous vote of thanks to the visiting delegates.
