TEKUITI SALE. At Te Kuiti on Wednesday we had a f medium yarding of cattle and sheep. Prices : —4 tooth wethers 16s, 2 tooth wethers 14s 9d, lambs 135,. fat ewes and wethers 14s, fat cows £6 10s to £6 17s 6d, forward cows £4 10s to £5, 2%-year empty heifers £4 to £4 2s, 12 to 16 months steers £2 18s to £3 13s, heifers £2 13s to £2 15s, 3-year steers good quality £6, 2 x /2-year steers £5 to £5 ss. OTOROHANGA SALE. At Otorohanga on Thursday last fat cows realised £6 10s to £6 17s 6d, killable cows £5 9s to £5 I2s 6d, cows in fresh condition £4 5s to £4 lis, 20 months heifers been with bull £4 is to £4 2s, 3ryear steers £5 17s, 15 months steers £3 2s 6d, heifers £3, calves £1 5s to £1 lis, fat and forward wethers 15s, hoggets 10s 9d to 13s iod. HAMILTON SALE. At Hamilton, on the same day we yarded 420 head of cattle, also sheep and pigs. Prices : Fat cows £5 15s to £6 13s, small fat steers £7 15s, 4-year-old bullocks in fresh condition £7 6s to £8 13s, Vyear-old steers £6 12s to £6 19s, cows in forward-condition £4 10s to £4 17s 6d, store cows £2 19s to £3 17s, good calves £1 10s to £1 16s, others 17s to £l 4s,' dairy cows in milk £42s6d to £5 15s, store pigs £1 18s to £2 9s, porkers £1 8s to £1 13s, weaners 15s to 17s.

KAUROA SALE
We report having held our opening sale in the Kauroa yards on Wednesday, 2lst inst., when we had a fair yarding and disposed of all the sheep offered and most of the cattle. Prices were about the same as those ruling in the Waikato. We quote : 4-year bullocks £8 9s, 2% to 3%-year steers £5 7s 6d to £6 Us, fat cows £5 13s, 2 to 2%-year steers £4 9s to £4 18s, yearling heifers £2 9s, cows with calves £5 4s, calves 2is to 30s, 2-tooth wethers 15s id to 16s 2d, s.m. ewes 9s to 10s 7d, woolly lambs 9s 3d, cull lambs 4s id to 6s lOd. HAMILTON STOCK SALE. We held our usual sale in the above yards on Thursday, 22nd inst., when we had a full yarding
consisting of 2911 sheep, 416 head of cattle, and 97 pigs. Owing to the blockage at the freezing works, all fat stock was easier, Calves showed an improvement in price, and store sheep and rape lambs sold well. We quote : Fat cows £5 4s to £6 I2s, fat stags £6 15s, store cows £3 15s to £4 12s, cows with calves £4 is to £4 18s, 4-year steers in poor condition £7 4s, 3-year ditto £5 16s, 2-year ditto £4 to £4 ios, calves 20s to 31s, bulls £5 to £6 15s, springers £5 to £5 15s, 2tooth fat wethers 17s 6d, fat lambs 13s 4d to 15s, fat ewes 14s 3d to 15s 6d, 2-tooth wethers 13s 3d to 14s iod, rape lambs 8s 9d to ios 7d, cull lambs 6s 4d to 7s iod, s.m. ewes lis 9d, fat pigs £2 2s to £2 16s, sows in pig £2 to £3 15s, slips 2is to 30s, weaners 14s to 16s.
