The Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Co., Ltd., report : CAMBRIDGE SALE. . At Cambridge, on Monday, we held our monthly stock sale. There was not a large entry, but we report a fair sale. Fat steers, light, made £8 10s to £9. heavy fat cows £6 17s 6d to £7 ss, lighter £5 to £6, three to three and a half year steers £5 10s to £6 7s 6d, store cows £3 19s to £4 ss, cows and calves £4 17s 6d to £5, two year empty heifers £3 17s 6d to £4, yearling heifers £2 13s to £2 16s, yearling steers £2 14s to £3, this season's calves 23s to 275, fat hoggets in wool 24s 3d, pigs, slips 18s to 21s, weaners 25s 6d to 28s. OHAUPO SALE. On Tuesday, at Ohaupo, we yarded 763 cattle and 296 sheep. The demand for young cattle was limited, but there was keen competition for store cows and fats. Heavy fat cows sold from £7 js to £9 ss, lighter £5 9s to £6 4s, fresh conditioned empty cows £4 16s to £5 7s, store ( cows £3 10s to £4 14s, yearling heifers £2 17s to £3 6s, yearling steers £2 16s to £3 3s, this season's calves, choice 31s to 395, others 16s to 24s 6d, bulls, heavy 7/4gns to B%gns, lighter sgns to ogns, shorn hoggets 14s 4d, ewes in wool with lambs at foot 27s 6d. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report: — NGARUAWAHIA STOCK SALE. We held our monthly sale in the Ngaruawahia yards on Friday, the I2th instant, when we yarded 892 sheep and 595 head of cattle. Owing to the wet weather several lines of sheep which were advertised did not come forward. There was a large attendance of buyers and we report a successful sale. We quote : 4 and 6-tooth store wethers 19s lid, 2-tooth ewes and wethers 16s, shorn wethers 13s 6d. woolly ewe hoggets 17s, woolly wether hoggets 17s 3d, 3-year steers £7 10s od, 2%-year steers £4 19s od to £5 19s Qd, 2year steers £4.to £4 15s Od, empty cows fat, £5 2s 6cl to £6 4s od, store cows £3 lOs Od to £4 5s Od, yearling steers £2 15s Od to £3 lOs Od, calves 255, bulls 3 gns to £6, springers £5.
