ORANGE BLOSSOMS.

CLARK—FROST

A very pretty wedding took place at St. Aidan’s Church, Remuera, on September 10th, when Miss Adelaide Frost, youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs J. Frost, of Papatoetoe, and Mr Reginald C. Clark, third son of Mrs R. J. Clark, of Herne Bay, Auckland,- were joined in holy matrimony. The ceremony, which was choral, was performed by the Rev. A. Fowler. The bride, who was given away by her father, looked charming in a lovely gown of ivory- duchessesatin, trimmed with silk lace and pearls. She-also.wore the usual wreath of orange blossoms, and veil trimmed with silk tatting formed in lovers’ knots, and carried a handsome shower boquet. She was attended by Miss Alice Turner (a cousin of the bride), who wore a lovely gown of pale blue pailette silk, grey hat lined with blue and trimmed with roses and lace. Also Miss Dora Kinvin, a little niece of the bride, who looked dainty in .a frock of white' silk, and carried a basket of white flowers. The bridegroom was supported by his brother, Mr Eric Clark. After the ceremony a reception was held at the residence of the bride’s cousin, Mrs R. Turner, “ Hinemoa,” Remuera, when the usual toasts were given and responded to.’ The bridegroom’s present to the bride was a gold bracelet, and to the bridesmaids a gold pendant and chain and brooch respectively. In the evening Mr and Mrs Turner entertained a large number of the . bride and bridegroom’s friends. Mr and Mrs R. Clark left by the, Main. Trunk for Palmerston North their future home. The bride’s travelling dress was a navy tailor made costume, and nattier blue hat.
