METEOROLOGICAL.
The Rev. D. C. Bates sent us the following at 12 noon yesterday : Easterly moderate to strong winds, and veering east to north, then freshening. At times expect dull weather, with much mist and fog in parts, increasing haze and cloudiness, and unfavourable change •in the weather. The nights will probably be very cold, with frosts inland, but milder after about 124 hours. Glass has a falling 1 tendency.
