A meeting of the above committee was held in the Cosmopolitan Club room on Saturday, the following members being present: —Messrs H. Allen (chairman), Jarry, Hall, T. Weal, Keam, E. Potts, and Lawson.

The minutes of the previous mreting were read and confirmed.
Additions to Committee
Subject to their approval the names of the following were added to the committee : —Messrs F. Taylor, W. Kay, T. G. Martin, F. Bowden, W. G. Park, and J. Clark.
Date of Show
A deputation consisting of Messrs E. Potts and M. C. Lawson was appointed to wait on the Polo Club and ascertain if the holding of the show on Wednesday, 26th would fit in with the polo tournament. It was resolved that tickets be printed at once, and a canvas made of the district for members. After Other preliminaries had been considered including the drawing up of the schedule, the meeting closed with a vote of thanks to the chair.
