This meeting has been called i-a oeder th.it the true pcsition may be marc fully explained to ratepayers, arid as the Town Board iiprepared to receive and to answer any question pertaining to the matter, it is hoped that all ratepayers will be present. Of recent date many reports have been circulated, to which the Town Board wishes to refer ancl therefore takes this opportunity of asking all those who have condemned the proposals, to come forward at the.meeting in order that they may be publicly replied to. To these people a spejial opportunity is afforded, whilst all wh ) are uncertain as to the real natul-e of tit - proposals will have an opportunity of imaging the value, of -the arguments, both for and aga nst the loan proposals. It 1.; therefore hoped that every ratepayer will be present so that every aspect of the case may be fully considered.
