(Before H. Irvine, J.P., and G. H. White, J.P.) CIVIL BUSINESS. G. M. A. Ahier, storekeeper (Mr Collins, instructed by Mr Cox) v. Wm. Large, of Te Awa-' mutu, claim £6 8s 6d. Judgment by default with cost, £l 3s 6d. Waipa County Conncil v. J. A. Harney, of Koromatua (Mr Swarbrick) claim £8 15s iod. Judgment by default with costs IBs.
CRIMINAL BUSINESS,
DISORDERLY CONDUCT,
Te Aranui, an aboriginal native, pleaded guilty to the charge laid against him by Constable Ryan that he was found drunk and had behaverbin a disorderly manner at Kihikihi on May 13th. He was convicted and ordered to pay costs amounting to 17s 6d. On the application of the police a prohibition order was issued against the same accused for a period of 12 months. In the absence of the Stipendary Magistrate several cases beyond the jurisdiction ot the Justices were adjourned until the next Court, day.
