CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
The committee appointed to draw up draft rules, and make preliminary arrangements for the formation of the Te Awamutu Chamber of Commerce have now completed their duties and will report fully to a meeting at the Town Hall on Thursday evening next at 8 p.m. The movement is meeting with very general support, and it is hoped there will be a full attendance. The adoption of the rules and the election of officers calls for the fullest consideration and discussion if the best is to be got from this very valuable addition, to our public institutions.
