MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
TE AWAMUTU
At the Magistrate's Court this morning before Messrs Teasdale and White, J.P's. a middle aged man was charged by the police with drunkenness and being an idle and disorderly person. Evidence was taken to show that the accused was a good citizen his only trouble being occasional drinking bouts. He was convicted and fined 10s and costs 31s and a prohibition order was taken out for 12 months.
