TO THE EDITOR. SIR, —It's' a great pity, that there are some shoddy members on the 'Town Board —members that are not capable of looking after the citizens, interest except their own. To prove my statement look at the disgraceful state Sloane Street is in at present. Certainly lam a newcomer, but to make a new place go ahead you want population, and therefore I consider I have as much right to have a good road as any member of the Board. Somebody needs shaking up.—Lam, etc., Edward de Mey. [lf the writer has not exhausted the means through the proper channel it would have been better for him to write to the Town Board direct.—ED. W.P.]
