NAZI ACTIVITY.

IN THE NEW GUINEA GROUP. SYDNEY, November 19. The “Sunday Sun’s” Canberra correspondent reports that German and pro-Nazi influence in New Guinea is so widespread and strong that British white inhabitants are urging more drastic aetion to counteract it. It is feared that the natives may be encouraged to revolt against the Australian administration unless all German nationals are moved or interned in Australia. German missionaries, who control 200,000 natives, are suspect. Many missionaries have arrived from Germany within the past two years. Of the total white population of 5000 in the Mandated territory, 400 are German nationals, of whom 300 are missionaries. It is understood that the Federal Government is already taking precautionary measures
