FORECAST TOR TO-MORROW. The following weather foreeast was issued by the Meteorological Office at noon to-day:— North-easterly to easterly winds, moderate to strong. Weather generally unsettled and misty, with further heavy rain probable in the North Island. Temperatures warm.
