A HUGE BILL. (Bv Cable.—Press Assn.—Convright) (Australian Press Assn.—United Service). (Received This day, 10.30 a.m.) PARTS, December 27. A total of 2,500,000 persons, or more* than six per cent, of the population of France, are still pensioners. Of these 025,000 are widows owing to the war, and there are nearly a million disabled soldiers and sailors. The Parliamentarv vote in 1020 will he for £42.000,000 Widows are to receive £l2 annuallv plus 14s per child.
