PRESUMPTION OF DEATH. (By Cable.—Press Assn—Copyright) (Australian Press Assn.—United Service). (Received This day, 10.30 a.m.) PARIS, December 27. A bill is being introduced into the Chamber of Deputies presuming that four hundred thousand of war-time missing are dead, and also providing that in future wars those missing for two years shall legally be regarded ns dead and their wives be eligible to remarry.
