ADVANCE ON PEKIN. (Electric Telegraph.—Copyright). (Received This Day, 9.5 a.m.) PEKIN, July 24. Changtsohi’s troops are approaching Pekin. Two brigades have reached Nanyuan, where they took over the quarters of the Anfuite fifteenth division. The reason for the advance on Pekin is to secure the complete disarming of the , frontier defences. —(Reuter).
