ACCEPTANCE RECOMMENDED,

A Chicago message states that the executives of the railroad brotherhoods have completed an order for a countryside referendum on the Federal Labor Board’s wage award, strongly advising against a strike and intimating that 84 per cent, of the employees had agreed through their representatives to accept the award. — (A. & N.Z.)
