FULL OF CONFIDENCE. Reuter Message. PETROGRAD, August 15. M. Kerensky, replying tathe King’s message, states:—l am certain that the Russian people will find the necessary strength to surmount the grave trials of the present time, and conduct the. war to an end worthy of the terrible sacrifices made by every nation struggling for right against might. OS WHICH SIDE? SWISS NEUTRALITY LEANS TO GERMANY. Australian & N.Z. Cable Association. WASHINGTON, August 15. The State Department announces that the Swiss police raided the “Freie Zeitung” because it endorsed Dr. Wilson’s war attitude. If the Swiss Government defends the police diplomatic complications are expected. It is known that a number of Swiss newspapers are openly supporting Germany more strongly than the “Freie Zeitung’’ defends the Allies and America. If the Swiss Government gives a free hand to pro-Ger-man comments and suppresses proAmerican, Switzerland’s neutrality will be questioned.
