The “Evening Standard” says the Labor Executive has adhered to its attitude in regard to the Stockholm Conference, and has appointed eight delegates. It is expected that the Government will be forthwith challenged, in the House of Commons, upon its refusal to issue passports to the Labor delegates.

The Executive lias issued a report of to-day’s meeting in which it expresses confidence in Mr Henderson. The report reviews the entire situation, and incorporates a telegram from MM. Huysmans and Branting saying that they still considered it important that the Entente case should be presented. The Executive resolved that it was desirable its delegates should attend the Stockholm Conference to prevent tlie British Labor party’s views being misrepresented or misunderstood.
