JUDGMENT SUMMONS. L Pratley v. A. Kairns, claim £ll 3s Od. Application for order dismissed as no proof of sufficient means was tendered. UHIMINAL Police v. John Goodwin. On the 13th did use abusive language to the railway stationmaster at Waipukurau, and behaved in a manner likely to provoke a breach of the peaoe, at the rail way station. Defendant pleaded not guilty, but was oonvioled and fiued £1 aud costs £1 11s 2d, or 14 days’ imprisonment. H. F. Norris v. Hugh McQueen, application for an order making defendant provide for Jane McQueen, one of his ohildreu. Defendant was ordered to pay the sum of £2 3s 4d on the first day of eaoh calendar month, and to pay 21s cost of the oourt. (Left Bitting).
