Nominations for the Hawke's Bay Jockey Club’s autumn meeting, and sweepstake for Hawke’s Bay Stakes, will oiose to-night. A return football match, Doolans v. Town, will be hold on Saturday, April 18th, play tooommence at 3 p.m. As tho Shield matohes are Boon to commence, all Intending players ara requested to attend.
The following bowlers will represent the Napier Club in a match with the Waipawa Club to-morrowE. Beaoham, Ricketts, Yates, MoVay, J. P. Smith, Ruaton, Cunningham, Wrightßon, Wundrum, Fletcher, Williamson, H. Bull. Play will commence at II a.m.
