Anthrax.

[Per Press Association] Auckland, Yesterday.

An outbreak of anthrax is reported from the Bombay district, where three cows have died from the disease. It stated that the animals were fed on turnips sown on land fertilised with bone dust. The farm on which the outbreak occurred has been isolated.
