Sugar Commission.
[United Press Association] (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received 8.22 a.m.) BRUSSELS, Dec. 18. The Permanent Sugar Commission at 'nnsels have applied to Australian igar, imported from the States which to parties to the sugar convention the Mowing countervailing duties : —Raw igar 94 centimes per hundred kilofcmmes, refined sugar 5.62 francs per •odred kilogrammes. The British •overnmerit does not penalize imported Moaial sugar.
